Poor senior management and no real origination. Things constantly change with no real results. This is not a company with strong structure. No career advancement. This is a Payday lender at the core of the business and they cannot be trusted no matter how they may come across. High turnover in DM and Senior Mgt ranks.Since the CFPB is coming after the loan business there is a heavy push on Direct Deposit goals for company survival to offset the upcoming lost in the loan business. Force to fire employee if they miss their goals by a small margin. No real HR structure as well. If can live with yourself knowing you are in the Payday business then it will not be a problem

Holiday time with family .. no real appreciation for employees that work hard.. The secret shops are a headache. . Especially when you give great customer service and forget one thing customer happy but you still fail ..
