Pros

I really do not have anything nice to say about this company at all.

Cons

The management is horrible. They do not pay enough to keep anyone that is worth working for this company so you are forced to work long hours with no brakes. They make false promises all of the time. And when it comes time they just ignore you like a teenager. The drama is horrible because everyone is unhappy. And most of the customers are horrible to the employees. I could go on and on but I do not think there is enough space here.

Pros

Slow days are great! You get time to do everything you are supposed to do as a manager without the constant interruption of customers. Benefits are better than nothing, they cover about half of Dental and Vision, Medical depends on what you pay for, I went to the high end after getting raked across the coals for an emergency room visit and it has been much better since. Co-workers are fabulous! Virtually everyone that works there is a good person.

Cons

Pay is better than McDonalds, but not by much. I have heard people who work in similar positions for different companies tell me they make anywhere from $1 to $4 more per hour than what I make in less than half the time. They will only give you a raise if they absolutely have to, they are very tight with their money, this includes store maintenance, supplies and bonuses. They are constantly raising the bar on Bonus thresholds. If you hit your numbers that just means the numbers are going to go up. Clientele is about 50% good people and about 50% less than desirables. Constantly guarding against fraud and other types of scams. And if you let your guard down, then you forfeit your job. No breaks, you sign a waiver giving up your rights to breaks when you get hired if the state allows it. Under staffed, they will not adequately staff your store. The beginning of the month is very busy for any financial institution and we only have one person in our stores handling a line out the door all day long. This can be very frustrating when the main sale is a prepaid debit card that has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Lots of problems, and due to the card companies inability to handle customer complaints they come back to us, usually when we are already swamped.
