      Pros

      Supervisors are treated exceptionally well. Flexibility in schedule. Hybrid between home and clinic. Area director is amazing and you feel supported.

      Cons

      Pay should be more. The pay is really the only thing I can say was a con. Some of my colleagues went to different companies and then ACES would counter with a higher salary but by that time, after negotiating, it’s typically too late

      Pros

      Kids are fun, the experience and training help in real life situations, great co-workers, and management tries their best to help.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking, terrible hours and session timing, not nearly enough pay for the traveling, timekeeper app isn't very helpful. Families canceling literally last minute and you're stuck either driving back home without pay or at the office for two hours doing menial work.

      Pros

      Caring and professional co-workers. All employees have a passion for working with kids with autism. Training for higher levels are provided for those wanting to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      The higher up the ladder you go, the more pressure to "maximize contracts" becomes. Profits become the driving factor with Supervisors expected to go way above and beyond their 6 hours of billable work (billing clients). Including driving, I was averaging 10+ hour days Monday through Friday (with 1-2 Saturdays/month). Don't expect to have a life outside of work.
