Pros
Sometimes you get great clients and build good relationships with them. Some of the supervisors are really helpful and want you to succeed. Feels impactful.
Cons
Some very aggressive clients makes it hard to want to go to work with limited help from supervisors in those situations. Some supervisors are not as involved or helpful which makes it a harder job. They expected us to set up before session and clean up/ sanitize after sessions but you dont get paid outside of the session time. If you are with the client 3 hours you get paid for those 3 hours but not for cleaning up or setting up outside that time- they tell you they want you to do it while the kid is with you but that is impossible with some aggressive/eloping kids so you end up working more than you get paid for. Cancelation process was bad, you would show up to a no-show client and have to just go home.
