      A good company to work for

      Pros

      Caseloads have a cap. I currently see mainly clients where my credentials and certifications are most utilized!You aren't completely overworked as the other big name companies. Utilized where you are needed, degrees and certification means something, higher pay for higher and greater qualifications. I love the CEUs that we are able to receive in order to keep our certification current.

      Cons

      Lack of training, lack of simple organizational tactics, random inner office politics and gossip that ALL companies experience. Would like to attend mor clinics outside of the office, but as a group, and not just solo.

      Pros

      Honestly, my recommendations is get the credits you need as far training goes, and dip out of here after 6 months.

      Cons

      I wouldnt recommend anyone working here, unless they needed someone to assist with training and certification. You have no support, the management sucks, literally feels like high school. HR, and Management are besties and will get rid of you if they do not like you.

      It is a good entry-level job for a psychology major to gain experience in the clinical setting.
