Pros

ACES is rare in that every employee seems to truly care about their clients and the difference they are making for kids impacted by Autism. Everyone goes above and beyond to help each other when needed. ACES has a family feel and I feel comfortable having a conversation with anyone in the company (even our execs). If you want to grow your career, ACES will find a way to help you do it. ACES is great at embracing new technology (even when it might be easier upfront to continue using an 'old' system)

Cons

Like any company in a rapidly growing industry, ACES has experienced some growing pains, however the admin staff does their best to be proactive to any issues and are very receptive to staff feedback (even from part-time employees).

Friendly coworkers, qualified staff. I really feel like I am part of something bigger here. This job at ACES makes me feel like I am helping the world to be a better place. They really appreciate my work and feedback. I feel like I can grow here, professionally and personally.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I have always had a positive good experience with ACES.

Pros

Most of my supervisors were very helpful and supportive. There was room to grow within the company. Training was great! They offered very good benefits for full-time employees. When cases cancelled, didn't have to sub.

Cons

They were very reluctant to give me a raise after a year of working there. Difficult to find substitute positions when cases cancelled. Often times, clients would cancel and I only got paid for twenty minutes of wait time. Some supervisors did not offer enough support and instructional materials to work with. Felt like Needed to buy materials out of pocket.
