Pros

They do great, important, rewarding work. Very nice people. Fellow employees, supervisors, and managers are very supportive. Great experience. Flexible.

Cons

Takes a while to get assigned hours/clients. Miscommunication is likely, or even common in some cases. Recently went digital, so still working out some kinks. Don't get to interact with a lot of other employees very often as a BI.

Pros

Flexible hours and you get reimbursed for driving from client to client. You also get a bonus if you recommend someone, but they have to stay with in the company for a certain amount of time.

Cons

Too many requirements with paperwork. You turn in everything when you are hired, but there is always something new popping up.
