It was a job and I was paid (below market value, no commission)

Cons

I wish I never even met my former boss. From day 1, all he and the company did was treat me like I was less than him. This job experience significantly contributed to my desire to get a master's in leadership so I could prevent people like that from negatively impacting employees in the future. Absolute disgrace.

Unlimited time off, good maternity leave policy, flexible work environments

Cons

Leadership is dramatically out of touch with problems involving enrollment and the student base and are constantly looking for someone to blame rather than just figuring out how to help. Impossible to move within the company, they always outside hire
