Pros

Unlimited PTO for US employees

Cons

Clueless leadership (executive and middle management) Low pay compared to industry standards No accountability between teams for mistakes Different departments and teams are incredibly clique-y and prone to exclusion of those not in the "inner circle" Goalpost moving constantly for promotions so that long time employees are stuck

We are so happy you appreciate our DTO policy! We believe in our Team Members prioritizing their well being and personal time first. That is how we bring our best work! We are so sorry to hear about your experience with Leadership, the pay, cross departmental collaboration, and internal mobility. People Operations is developing our People Leader training to best support them in supporting our Team Members. People Operations has also recently partnered with Pay Factors, which is a system that supports leadership in making the best decisions about compensation. We heavily support our Team Members' growth within ACI. Keep an eye out in Team Tailor and don't hesitate to reach out to your People Leader or People Ops if you are interested in opportunities for growth. We support you! We are putting in continuous effort to improve communication and collaboration within and between teams. Your feedback is extremely helpful. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the People Operations team or you can fill out an AllVoices case to help improve cross departmental collaboration. Thank you again for your valuable feedback!

Visionless Leadership and Unfair Compensation Practices at ACI

Pros

Working remotely is a benefit.

Cons

As an employee at ACI, I've experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of leadership's lack of vision and strategic planning. Changes are made constantly, and before there is time to gather data to support improvements or identify variables, changes are made again. The organization's compensation practices only compound the frustration and disillusionment felt by many staff members. Despite some individuals consistently exceeding their key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrating exceptional performance, they are rewarded with the same pay as those who fall short of expectations. This lack of merit-based compensation not only undermines morale but also fails to incentivize high performers to continue excelling. Workload distribution at ACI is far from equitable. Some employees are burdened with disproportionately heavy workloads, while others seem to skate by with minimal responsibilities. This imbalance creates resentment and frustration among the workforce, as hardworking individuals are left feeling undervalued and overworked. ACI's purported commitment to professional development rings hollow in practice. While the organization claims to invest in employees' growth, the reality is quite different. Instead of nurturing talent and fostering career advancement, ACI seems more interested in extracting as much productivity as possible from its workforce without offering meaningful opportunities for skill development or advancement.

You played a vital role alongside your peers to continuously help us grow. Creating a positive, supportive, and equitable workplace is a top priority for us.
