At ACI, everyone walks around with a target on their backs. It's only a matter of time before you are shoved out the door. If quarterly numbers are not met, then jobs are eliminated, regardless of whether that position or person is needed, they are out. No questions asked. If you have worked at ACI for a long period of time, you're most likely to be targeted due to your growing salary. There is no consideration taken for whether you are needed at your job and what the consequences will be of your absence. You are a number on a spreadsheet and if dropping you from the rolls helps grow the numbers, you're gone. Upper management is isolated and actively working to cover their own jobs. Anyone and everyone else is fair game. There is very little upward communication. They don't want to hear it. From senior management's perspective, they've convinced themselves that everyone below is happy as ever. The reality is that no one is very happy and they know their time is short.
