Pros
As the employee engagement survey shows, every person working for ACI truly values the people on his/her team; peers work hard together to try and meet mutual goals, most of which are unrealistically set by management. Everyone I have met is smart and committed.
Cons
Upper management (director level and above) seems to have a large disconnect between the goals they have set, the work that it will entail to meet said goals, and the staff that it will require to do so. Staff is not given tools or resources, yet are asked to limp along and make the best of it. In the name of "synergy" valuable staff is lost to make the bottom line. In other words, people are not considered an asset.
