Cons

If your company has been recently acquired by aci, more than likely you will lose your job. Was explicitly told by management that my job was safe, only to be layed off as aci consolidated our data center. Existing clients were aware of aci's reputation and that negatively affected contracts. Mid level management is out of touch and is only concerned with their personal performance bonuses.

Good legacy products. Pay is ok and benefits are ok. Office is nice. Company does not have really any values.

Cons

Growth is limited to acquisitions but without a plan to implement them into one cohesive company. Senior Management and the CEO are acquiring new companies, paying more than the company is worth. Want to look like they are growing so they can sell it to a competitor. Senior management, such as the CFO, has changed multiple times. Lots and lots of management in fighting and politics. I would recommend avoiding this company if you have a long-term career (1 year +) mindset.
