Absurd workloads for technical staff.
Executive Management spends millions on marketing and sales but does not hire enough technical staff to get the products built or maintained properly.
Even so-called high priority projects are not funded properly.
They are, however, hiring VP's and Directors left & right.
Management gives a lot of lip service to Employee Engagement but never follows thru on things like work-life balance, excessive hours and on-call schedules.
E.g., This a technology company that cannot provide a functional desktop image / tools.
Leadership's priorities are clearly not about the workers.
