Work with great people. Everyone is trying their best to do the right thing and help their peers in any way possible. Knowing the right person, you can get things done quickly.

Cons

Some of the Executive managers drive results through a culture of fear - and this culture starts with and is enforced by the CEO. Everything feeds back to metrics, and the metrics is never wrong, unless it does not meet the perception of the Executive team - then adjustment will be made.
