      Pros

      Worldwide company, stable financially. OK benefits, company participates and matches up to 3% of salary in 401K plan investing. Occasional work from home. That's about it.

      Cons

      Corporate minded, have no concern for the individual or personal growth. No career path or promotion of personal growth. Doesn't promote either teamwork or individual efforts. Implements major internal changes and roll outs with little or no planning or concern for the disastrous results and the people who have to support those results. Company couldn't care less about the people who work there.

      Pros

      Financially solid company. Good location - not too crowded and lots of places around for lunch. Nice people to work with.

      Average benefits package. Strict policies due to security.

      Pros

      ACI has an excellent strategy to become the premier provider in the payment industry. No doubt this will happen, the question is how quickly. The people at ACI are tops and good to work with. Just expect to work many more hours than you may have previously

      Cons

      That being said, the question is whether you can hang in there through the turbulence. The company is evolving itself and not taking any prisoners. If you are deemed too expensive, not in the right location, or can not evolve with the company you will find yourself on the other side of the glass door.
