Pros

Salary, good benefits, many locations around the world.

Cons

As a manager and because the company is global, meeting times are 24/7. I think Senior managers are over stretched in terms of workload and managers are not given the time needed to spend with direct reports and be attentive to issues.

Good company to work for. Alot of opportunities for growth. WFH oppurtunities in certain departments Good benefits Good employee engagement activities

Cons

Aggressive work scheduled with projects. The clock starts in Jan and doesn't end until the December. The worklife balance can be challenging at times.

Pros

1) Allows Working From Home, Other than that I don't see any Pros with this company.

Cons

1) Too much of process, even service based companies doesn't follow these many processes. 2) Pay's below market standard. 3) Getting promotion is almost close to impossible. 4) No job security, frequent layoff's, every new acquisition results in laying off existing staff. That doesn't mean that they wont layoff if there are no acquisitions, they do layoffs in regular basis.. 5) Negligible hikes. 6) Trying to grow just by acquiring other companies.
