1. Co-workers are hard working but may be not in a position to help you 2. Option to work from home

Cons

1. No respect for employees 2. Suck the blood of employees at any cost to meet insane deadlines mentality 3. Lack of proper management of the projects despite managers working years in the company 4. Senior leadership just want bonuses and promotions, so they push the projects with insane deadlines 5. No company values or long term vision and just haphazard way of growing 6. Forget about work-life balance and prepare to work 24 x 7 x 365

Promotes new ideas (though there are few sarcastic people but where are not), opportunities for further education, allowed work from remote location, cutting edge technologies

Cons

Work life balance is not maintained due to tight delivery schedules, many times individual need to work late hours as well as on holidays and weekends (doesn't matter you work from home or office), Boasts as an Agile organization but doesn't follow many important Agile/XP practices, hard to get promotions and reluctant to give salary hikes no matter how hard you work

Great people who actually do the work.

Cons

Staff who actually do the work are under appreciated. Sr. Management ineffective in properly motivating staff. Fear based. Far to many layoffs. For a global company there are very averse to remote support.
