Pros

Great domain. Lots of travel. Lot of clients.

Cons

Low increments, especially for companies they took over. Less motivation and make the taken over companies loose their startup culture.

Cons

No one pays attention if the manager in charge is not doing the appropriate job. Don't fulfill the promises they did.

Pros

ACI promotes education and activities for employees that help draw people together around the world. One ACI is an important part of the culture. They also offer assistance to employees that are laid off due to acquisitions.

Cons

I found that telecommuting is not utilized as often as it is in some companies. It didn't really effect my job, but I did observe issues with some co-workers who were adept telecommuters, unable to work in that format after the re-organization.
