Good benefits package, including Friday social hour at a restaurant, office looks and feel gets better and better, local management removed (country manager kicked out) and restructuring of managers in progress.

Cons

Work load - short deadlines and amount of work is big. I really don't think there's any other place in Timisoara where you would work more. Company ambition is to get to 1 billion dollar company, but this regardless of the impact on employees, pay, trips, trainings, team buildings or anything else that envolves giving money. This in mind, they are very good at creating benefit programs that comes with many things without them being required to spend more money. It's amazing how many things you can do without spending much (e.g. healthy Wednesday)
