CO-workers are great, fun to come into the office every day.

Cons

Management seems to constantly change direction leading to a series of "circling maneuvers" . ie, they go around the same bush constantly .... There a number of "employee engagement" activities offered. I signed up for tow. My experience: 1) First activity was not held (air hockey) because only 2 folks had signed up. 2) I participated in a Habitat for Humanity build, but my "engagement" t-shirt was stolen and not replaced by management.

The CEO ratings on glass door tell it all. Leadership is blind to the dysfunction which has driven some of the worst customer sat ratings you will ever see. The CEO positions one internal organization against the other and it is always clear who the CEO favors organizationally. What this means to the employee is unhappy customers and unhappy employees but happy Aci executives. It's remarkable the market rewards this company with higher stock price.
