This company has good brand name and also provide the competitive pay.
Cons
Too much of micromangement. No job security. They do frequent lay-offs and only look towards the revenue.More over a higher management guy answered in a meeting after a lay-off event that they can do lay-off in each quarter if it is required to be benifited They don't give prior notice to leave. You should join this company only if you don't have any other option left.
