      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Work from home is allowed.

      Cons

      Company culture is weak, there is a distinct lack of appreciation of efforts from upper management on down. Long hours are expected with little or no compensation. Management seems to be conducted through threats instead of through rewarding the top performers. Employee turnover is high.

      Flexible schedule, challenging work, A-game expectations, community involvement, volunteering policy, existence of a fun committee that seeks to keep the atmosphere engaging, company's commitment to employee engagement, great health benefits.

      Cons

      The offices are spread out all over the world, so it can take some getting used to working with someone you only know as a name, any may have only read messages or email from them instead of having talked to them over the phone or met in person
