Acquiring other companies to reduce competition.

Cons

ACI is Product company?? Really?? It has processes 10 times more than Services companies. No Appreciation. Have to struggle very hard for promotion. Very complex and long hierarchy. Work is not recognized. Salary increment is negligible. Only higher management enjoy the salary perks.

Cons
