Pros
Some great people still work at ACI. Team work is good - this will see the company suceed despite the management and not because of it. Good personal opprtunities for travel
Cons
A lot of great people have already left ACI. Too many new managers who do not understand the business and manage upwards only. Too many processes which actively prevent the experts in the company deliverinbg value to our customers. Lack of transparancy in any new opportunities for progression. Serious disconnect between the "Senior leadership team" who are having too much fun, and the troops on the ground.
