- ACI is one of the key players in the payments industry. - The company is doing well financially. - Opportunity to work on challenging projects.

Cons

- Zero or extremely low salary increase. - High workload, which leads to stress and no work-life balance. - Very high turnover, and the quality of replacement is decreasing. - No incentives, zero investment in talent retention or professional development. - Bureaucratic red tape. - No clear directions. Too many changes in a short time frame. - Local ACI brand has been heavily deteriorating and the company is avoided by talented people. - No core values, short term profits is all that counts for senior management.
