Good experience in financial systems Lots of room to move upwards in ones career. Decent office perks. .

Cons

Limited on-hands training. Teams of stand-alone members rather than a cohesive group. Limited to no bonus/extra remuneration (leave very standard).

Pros

The product was very challenging because of the Business requirements and the technical design. Very good engineers, nice team.

Cons

Bad management, decisions from top management are confusing and without transparency. Old technology, inapropriate development processes. Almost no care for the valuable engineers that leave the company, obedience is more appreciated.
