excellent mid managers and most staff are excellent

Cons

no support from senior mgmt. no vison. There is little communication from senior managers to the staff. Senior managers are not respected. I heard it was getting better

Very nice people and sense of community. Manager was very relaxed about needing time off.

Cons

"Not Invented Here" syndrome gets in the way of using new technology. All technology decisions made by group who wanted to invent all their own frameworks instead of using existing ones.

The small work environment makes you feel like you are part of the family and therefore less stressed. People treat you with utmost respect and courtesy. No matter what your job is or how small a contribution your job gives, you are made to feel just as important as anyone else. Company will pay for any education the employee wants to try.

Cons

Being a worldwide company, it needs to keep tabs on the budget and often downsizes.
