Based on uiur initial negotiation they will pay well, but that payment cannot be matched by other employers and therefore you are trapped in this company until their billing comes

Cons

They have different business units internally and most business units are only focused on their billing with client where their employs are deployed, no scope for career development, they don't have great leave policy, they also don't have a predefined promotion structure, no proper annual increments If you ask for release from project they will not do it!!!
