The Company gives good work life balance to manage your life. The culture is really good. Good Coworkers.

Cons

The pay is very less and very slow, most of the higher management people are earning really good its because they are having good experience. But as a fresher and even if you have an experience of 5-6 years your pay will be good only during the time you join. The appraisals depends on the mood of the management.
