      Good staffing company with a lot of potential to grow

      Pros

      Provides relocation , also good benefits compared to other staffing companies. HR is very kind and can easily approachable. New programs to check on consultants in a timely manner

      Cons

      No perks except medical benefits. Raise is very hard to get and compensation is not negotiable.

      Pros

      Hiring process is good and pretty fast. Average pay scale. Work environment is quiet ok. Company culture is also quiet ok.

      Cons

      They have low pay scale range. Very few perks so most of the employees leaves pretty soon. Expect the experiences with management to vary widely. Some are great, some not so much

      All those who joined this company entered to make attractive packages which their sales/HR team offers but at the cost of spoiling your career.

      Hi All, There are endless cons so i would not waste your time mentioning you their unprofessional/Unethical ways of doing works, but would like to mention 1 thing. This company should be banned in software industry.They are so unethical & unprofessional that they write positive review of their company to save their reputation on this forum. -Your well wisher & one of the victim of Alten Calsoft Unprofessional Management
