Pros

Nothing as such they will ask u to post some fake positive reviews thats all

Cons

If u do mistake of joining this company by seeing few positive reviews of glass door may be you are doing a bigger mistake and you are going to regret tomorrow like anything. Specially the Recruitmemt team where there is no respect for their employees and they will make u work like a field worker and get the work done anyhow no matter if it’s 1am from morning 9am. Stay away of this Recruitmemt team and find some better opportunities

I got Two UAN numbers from altencalsoftlabs . *****NO Transparency regarding Provident Fund think 1000 times before join ALTENCALSOFTLABS Never get smooth exit from altencalsoftlabs. I frustrated when i put resign. management said to employee find replacement then we will accept your resignation.i got acceptance on last working day i.e full 90 days notice period. Need to follow for Last Month salary and full and final settlement.

Pros

1. Punctual payment of salaries. 2. Clear and open human resources policies and benefits. 3. A reputable outsourcing agency, as many such agencies often fall short in performance.

Cons

Note: This pertains to outsourced or off-roll employees working at client sites. 1. Limited career growth: Expect to remain in the same position throughout your tenure at ACL. 2. Minimal salary increments: Even after working for two and a half years, I experienced less than a 1% salary increase. 3. Substantial disconnect: Working at ACL can make you feel like an outsider. Besides your designated HR, you'll likely have more interaction with the client than with your own company. This isolation can leave you unsupported when issues arise, be it related to salary, policies, or document errors. As an outsourced employee, you will feel like an orphaned kid in foster home. 4. Job insecurity: Termination can happen abruptly, possibly with less than a one-month notice period. Even if you excel in your role at client site, you can be let go for seemingly arbitrary reasons. Recommendation from personal experience: Only consider this type of job if you are currently unemployed and no offer in hand. Avoid switching to ACL or similar companies if you already have a permanent position, as it may adversely impact your career. If you do not have any option other that joining, begin preparing to switch jobs from day one. Don't hesitate to make the move; these companies often engage in unfair practices, and sudden terminations could leave you and your family facing financial difficulties.
