      1) Unprofessional middle management .2)Managers are behaves like company owners.No ethics. Based on the manager and directors rules will be changing.Very unfair management. If you want just job security dont come here.They will not give NP what they provide in your offer letter.They will not provide any compensation also. This also based on your manager .They have only manager rules.They donot have any HR policies it will be vary person to person.Hikes are very very less for existing employees.

      I have been working at in this company Only Pro is that they pay good salary when you join.

      Cons

      1. No time for personal life. 2. Log in time strictly before 10 AM else you will get notice or salary will be cut. 3. You will be foreced to work on Saturday, telling that you have to complete the taks within deadline. 4. No flexible working hours 5. No Work from home option 6. No Cab facility 7. Managers not supporting team, they are there only to impress the top management. 8. Lot of discrimination within different regions 9. Poor salary hikes after you join.

      Nothing to say much about the work . Yes, they do pay whatever you are to pay . Really ppl can get good pay hike

      Cons

      Whatever they say is not true. They just make up things ... To make the candidate join. Recruiters will only lie. Managers never bothered about candidate prospect. Very irritating place to work.
