Pros
- Most of the employees work as individual contributors. - Good IT team. - Would get lot of time to re-skill. - Very supportive Managers ( One of reason why we have less attrition rate )
Cons
- No motivation from HR - We used to have fun events like outing , cricket, etc. which are now cut down stating cost - Mosquitoes - Training are often not work shop based.( No use of attending the training if not used what we learn ) - Most of the celebration events are done by the HR name sake. It is better not to have those events. - Often feels like place which provides internet access to connect to VPN rather than office ( But i guess it is same with most service based companies ) - Some people have food inside office. Though there are policies which states not to have food in work place. It is not followed by some employees. ( It would be nice if it is followed by everyone )
