1. Excellent pay 2. Good work life balance at the client location, this may vary across projects. 3. Onsite opportunities, but the time spent might be less as against the promised years.

Cons

1.Not much growth opportunities, well if I look back I felt I was underutilized. 2. Lack of true leaders at the high level to nurture the next generation for the company and imbibe the sense of belonging. 3. No feedback from management on the individual performance. Salary hike not linked to performance. 4. Sales and engineering have zero coordination and always in blame game.
