Pros
Work balance. Increments are ok when compared to other consultant companies.
Cons
No canteen. Old infrastructure like sofa sets placed in balcony getting smell but they won't change. Don't know what is happening in the company until last minute. No employee privileges like cab facility, broadband connection reimbursement. Salary increment percentage will be almost same for freshers and seniors. So, it will take time for freshers in their salary improvement.
