ACL Digital Sr. Software Engineer reviews

1- First its a service based company that is having n number of projects from different companies. i worked there for 6 months only, as far as i know higher mngmt itself don't know what is the actual process. 2 - HR as employee will be working for clients they have know idea what employee is going through and even they respond mail very late sometime don't. 3 - if you hired a software engineer dont put them on automation but they can not do this because they don't have any idea about difference between automation and development. 4 - timesheet as they count 9 hours exactly if you are in calsoft campus even you cant smoke :-)

Managers are not technical sounds ,they don't have management skills also ,always fight with engineers. The client is more priority than the employee... treats engineers as their slaves. force to work on the weekend , no work from home option . HR department is very worst ,they don't the response to your queries ,came to office only to show off ,don't even know the salary structure . There is no support for employees from the manager ,they do micro management . They recruit people without interview for their references who is not having the skill set for requirements.
