      Pros

      Salary is the only thing which I feel is good.

      Cons

      #1 Too much dependency on client and if something goes wrong, you're on bench for months without project. And all manager say is learn and freshup skills. #2 Machine given is good for 2007 and not 2017. #3 Internet constraint is very bad. No news, youtube as such. #4 Attendance and logging are not employee friendly. #X Treat people on bench as regular employees, give them atleast a machine worth running a web-browser with 15tabs.

      Small Team Good to do job for maximum 2 year.

      Cons

      Unorganised and having internal politics. Your technical knowledge doesn't matter. You need good internal contact for every thing. No proper policy. No proper appraisal. Manager can have their own relative under them. Don't stay for more than 2 year, if you are not having internal contact. Collection of Junk Guys in the management.
