Pros
Good place to learn for the beginners and middle level experienced persons. Flexible timing. Good environment to work with. Healthy relationship with coworkers up to Managers. Good work life balance but based upon the project and manager. Easy to communicate with anyone. Good place to learn process. Good HR team but most of the decisions are taken by the Managers and VPs. Company situated at the easy accessible area.
Cons
Less pay for the long stayers. No recognition to the long stayers. Less onsite opportunities. Project estimation should be done properly.
