      I worked as Sr. Project Manager deputed to work in Schneider Elctric, Bangalore. Salary is good ..You get every thing offered on papaer including variable components. Variable components are always 100% payout

      Cons

      Operates in Silos .. No chance of internal movements ...In my case I came out from deputation to Schneider Electric.. But Alten is least bothered to retain the employee even though they had opportunities with in the organization..

      They pay good. Managers are professional. relieving process is very smooth and quick.

      Not much cons from my side, i have been working in client location. I haven't faced any issues management.
