Pros

- They just pay whatever you ask to make you join there.

Cons

- The employees are divided into only 2 categories here, Billable & non-billable, Irrespective of employee's technical capabilities and your past achievements. - The non-billable sitting in bench will be treated like a Labor and no matter which domain your expertise are they will just trade you for money. So your career growth is a question mark. - The HR department acts like a programmed robot and no interaction with employees at all. - In the name of pre-hiring they destroy the precious time of employees. 4 people joined with me but only I got into the designated project after 4 months, and it lasted for only 6 months. The rest of the 3 left one by one after waiting for 6 months.

Pros

Work is good only at client place. Never think of working in Clasoft office. 3-4 months on bench if no project

Cons

Micro Management by the Manager Manager doesn't know technical stuffs. Client is more important than Employees. Average hikes yearly 5-10% Bonus amount is close to 80% yearly. No Cab services Reimbursements takes months to be settled. We have been forced to come and work on weekends regularly.

A place to earn good money.

Cons

Don't get lured by big payslip, there are not many projects and not really a proper work culture. You can't have a voice in this organisation because no one in the management including HR managers are interested to listen. Managers take things down to a very personal level.
