- The employees are divided into only 2 categories here, Billable & non-billable, Irrespective of employee's technical capabilities and your past achievements. - The non-billable sitting in bench will be treated like a Labor and no matter which domain your expertise are they will just trade you for money. So your career growth is a question mark. - The HR department acts like a programmed robot and no interaction with employees at all. - In the name of pre-hiring they destroy the precious time of employees. 4 people joined with me but only I got into the designated project after 4 months, and it lasted for only 6 months. The rest of the 3 left one by one after waiting for 6 months.
