      Pros

      I was associated with Calsoft Labs for more than 10 years. One of the best place to work. If you want to learn technology, be it Java, MS, Datacom, telecom, storage and semicon, look no further.

      Cons

      Company needs to focus on their strength. Moving away to staff augmentation may not help. They should focus on building ODCs and fixed bid projects

      Only good with the salary ,nothing else

      Cons

      Managers are not technical sounds ,they don't have management skills also ,always fight with engineers. The client is more priority than the employee... treats engineers as their slaves. force to work on the weekend , no work from home option . HR department is very worst ,they don't the response to your queries ,came to office only to show off ,don't even know the salary structure . There is no support for employees from the manager ,they do micro management . They recruit people without interview for their references who is not having the skill set for requirements.
