Alten recruits people for them and outsource to other companies. Once the project is over, they will keep u in bench for 2 months and ask u to resign. 1. They will lie at the time of recruitment about job security just to recruit u 2. They will negotiate to an extend that u will feel they don't have margin, but they will earn more than your salary
