Everyone, this company suites negative rating. 1. They will not care about employees 2. Never respond for you hikes, only responds if they want anything from us 3. Hr policies are sucks and trying make the employees to slaves 4. While I exit from this company, I come to know 'the wrost' policies where FNF will be settled after 4 months so our last month salary will get credited after 4 months....really sucks.... 5. If your working in client location then your projected release date will be company relieving date. So there is no notice period. 6. Salary break up will be worst. My advice to whom join ... if you want join the join for big package otherwise leave it. There is no career path here.

1. Employees have to be in office before 10am just like in primary school students need to come before morning prayer. Even if you come at 10.01 am, useless HRs there deduct leaves in the name of process 2. Projects can be ramp down any time even at a short notice. 3. Not many good project. Mostly support/maintenance kind of work. 4. Projects are all client driven. Even if an employee face any problem while working for a client, management never bothers to help employee and interfere with client. Client is GOD for them.

No Job Security. Completely Client oriented. No Decision making in calsoft all customer driven company. Not good for experienced people to stay in this company Very Very less projects so no opportuniy if one project got rampdown. Very bad work life management because of swipe in swipe out. need to maintain 9 hrs even if you dont have work or leaves will be deducted.
