Not Recommended for MS tech developers (Cloud)
Pros
1. Ample free time as there is no project in cloud domain. 2. No pressure- Supervisors are not much workaholic even some leaders dont know about pure technology as well.
Cons
1. No Employee care - (no facility of Cafeteria, no cab , only tea & coffee is available with dirty sugars. 2. Worst condition if you hired in cloud domain in MS tech, no knowledgeable person you would find in blr office in MS tech. 3. No MS tech products are available for developers.(even there is no MS office for employees) 4. Few months would go well , after that for billing , they would deploy you in any company permanently without your taking your concern , you need to give interview in deployed company as well after joining of few months in this org. 5. Salary, benefits are not upto market standards, even people coming from big giants they offer same package. 6. People quit this company without having job so dont join in this org if you dont have even job in MS cloud. 7. Micro-managing is a culture of the org, so if your manager dont talk with you , if you talk any point with your micromanager(team-mate in paper), your manager would know everything.
