      1.) Good pay 2.) Relaxed work schedule 3.) Onsite opportunities

      Cons

      1.) Lack of visibility of growth and long term focus. Company does not touch base with mid-senior level engineers in the organization. 2.) Remuneration to new joiners is bad and may be below the industry standards. 3.) Promotions & role change are hard to come by. Just a title change is not going to help.

      Its not as bureaucratic as any other service and that too depends on project No defined salary levels - great if you deserve it you will get it regardless of how many number of years u have in the result Chances of on-site working in a good project are possible

      Cons

      If you want just job security dont come here . Not advisable for freshers , your salary will not go anywhere . Most of middle level management are dumb morons

      Pros

      Work balance. Increments are ok when compared to other consultant companies.

      Cons

      No canteen. Old infrastructure like sofa sets placed in balcony getting smell but they won't change. Don't know what is happening in the company until last minute. No employee privileges like cab facility, broadband connection reimbursement. Salary increment percentage will be almost same for freshers and seniors. So, it will take time for freshers in their salary improvement.
