      1.We work hard at client location and they least bother about the employees working at client location. 2.Our manager in Alten Calsoft doesn't even know our names. 3.I asked about my hike and he asked my name, my client company name and further he said you did not perform well but i got excellent rating by manger in client location. 4.Even HR people only talk to the employees for time sheet only. 5.My manger in client location assured me the bonus and promotion for my work and given me the excellent rating but i didn't receive any of the both.When I asked about the bonus and promotion they replied me in a rude manner saying "I cannot help". 6. MY SUGGESTION """DO NOT JOIN at client location"

      Pros

      I found working at Calsoft Labs for the last 3 years to be an exciting experience! This company allows you to grow in various areas based on your interest and experience. The best part being you get to know your end-clients and work towards the actual requirements. This of course will suit you best, provided you are upbeat and in sync with current programs.

      Cons

      Getting into the mould of servicing and into clients know-how can be challenging! You may have to adapt to changes frequently and tailor your timelines accordingly. Balance essentially would be the key.
