      Pros

      I was associated with Calsoft Labs for more than 10 years. One of the best place to work. If you want to learn technology, be it Java, MS, Datacom, telecom, storage and semicon, look no further.

      Cons

      Company needs to focus on their strength. Moving away to staff augmentation may not help. They should focus on building ODCs and fixed bid projects

      Thanks for writing to us . Definitely we will work more focus on getting projects that are ODCs and Fix bid. Though we are many projects in the pipeline and hopefully enhanced and build more ODCs in coming months.

      Pros

      Work is good only at client place. Never think of working in Clasoft office. 3-4 months on bench if no project

      Cons

      Micro Management by the Manager Manager doesn't know technical stuffs. Client is more important than Employees. Average hikes yearly 5-10% Bonus amount is close to 80% yearly. No Cab services Reimbursements takes months to be settled. We have been forced to come and work on weekends regularly.
