almost none, particularly after some changes. stayed for sometime because of friends.
Cons
1. no openness even for senior members 2. long timers will be expected to work for free almost 3. completely against employees. dono the meaning of employee freindly culture 4. facilities not for employees, friendly for management only 5. no system to hear employee concerns. Senior mgmt unavailability. 6. hr policies incl time mgmt methods are evident for visionless hrd 7. IT, admin facilitators not friendly 8. big politics ground, no growth for sure 9. if you become mgmt pet you can survive. not fit for someone who think about self esteem.
