      EVERYONE is so nice and helpful, friendly service throughout the bank, senior management involvement both within the bank and the communities we serve who truly care about their employees!

      - From day one, there is an immediate sense of respect for employees at every level - your voice and contributions truly matter. - Strong community presence and genuine focus on customer relationships. - Leadership is approachable and supportive of growth and development. - Opportunities to take ownership of projects and make meaningful changes. - Team-oriented culture with colleagues who are professional, kind, and knowledgeable, - Stability and job security - bank has a long history and solid reputation.

      Cons

      - Change takes time, as decisions are carefully considered and balanced against community values (also could be seen as a pro!). - Pay and benefits are competitive locally but not necessarily at larger banks. - Because it's a smaller, community focused bank, career paths may not be as wide-ranging as at a larger institution.
