We hate that you came away from working with ACST feeling like a renewable resource. Although you're anonymous, I can tell you that you weren't renewable; none of our employees are. Valuing our employees is why we post over 50% of our open positions internally instead of externally, so our employees have advancement opportunities outside of their current position/department. It's why we offer tuition reimbursement, Lynda.com subscriptions, training on career advancement, and opportunities to shadow other positions you may be interested in pursuing at ACST.
